  • The pediatrics floor is a secured unit for the safety of all patients.
  • Parents, grandparents and legal guardians are allowed to visit at all times.
  • Parents receive a parent bracelet when their child is admitted and are expected to wear the band at all times.
  • Visiting hours for siblings, extended families and friends are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. everyday.
  • All children must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Visitors must check in at the security desk in the children’s hospital lobby to receive a visitor badge.
  • Once on the pediatrics floor, visitors must use the phone near the elevators to call and enter the unit.
  • Only visitors on the patient visitor list will be permitted into the pediatrics floor.
  • Please check in with the nurses’ station before entering the room.
  • All visitors must follow isolation precautions.
  • No more than two visitors (excluding parents and siblings) are allowed at the bedside.
  • All visitors must be healthy (no fever, or signs of infection).
